Showed the purchase to the manager and they have refused honor it and the purchase shows up on my PayPal account. Thieves. And I drove to the restaurant for the order, McDonald's app is not fit for purpose.
- ABAndrew BloodMay 9, 20261.0I ordered a takeaway for my granddaughters 7th birthday, we ordered through just eats ,half the order was missing, when ringing the mcdonald's at elk mill restaurant, and spoke to the manager, he was not interested and told me to contact, just eat which I have tried, but unfortunately I was unable to connect them ,I feel deeply upset with the way you're manger of your restaurant has totally discarded my help and was totally very uncooperative which I find unacceptable with this person representing you name world wide .

At this point it feels like the staff are specifically trained to misplace items especially the burgers. I’ve never had a perfect one from here… not once. It’s actually impressive. The service? Equally confusing. Ask a simple question and you’d think you just asked them to discover the cure for cancer. Blank stares, silence… maybe a bit of panic. All I wanted was ketchup, not a scientific breakthrough. And speaking of ketchup what is going on with the sauces? Why are some staff acting like the sauces come directly out of their payslip? Ordered 4 meals and got 2 sauces… 2. Is there a global shortage I don’t know about? Is this a rationing system? Honestly, between the missing food, the confused reactions, and the sauce protection policy, I’m starting to think the real mystery is how this place is still running.
